U.S. Unemployment Rate Drops Slightly

For the first time since December 2007, the U.S. national unemployment rate decreased.  It dropped from 10.2% to 10%.  Although this isn't a huge drop, it is the best we've seen in two years and may signal the beginning of better times for workers in the United States and the economy overall.
