A press release from Judy Waxman, Vice-President for Health and Reproductive Rights for the National Women's Law Center, reports that the Obama Administration has officially announced that it is taking action to rescind Bush's harmful "midnight HHS regulation." This action, a parting shot from the Bush Administration, threatened to undermine patients' access to vital health care services and information.
